Autotech Electrical was founded in 2013 to provide a solution to test automotive electrical terminals for proper pin-fit/drag/tension. Loose or poor electrical terminal pin-fit can cause not only the unnecessary replacement of components but can also cause intermittent electrical/electronic concerns.
To test an electrical terminal for proper pin-fit, you need a tool that has the correct size terminals. The terminal sizes on the tools cover a wide range of vehicles built in the last few decades. The terminals are high-quality OEM terminals with a custom .5mm square terminal used on modern vehicle collision avoidance systems and powertrain control modules such as the Mazda Sky-Active PCMs.
